This Gran Cru Coratina extra virgin olive oil is an exceptional olive oil, from one of Italys oldest olive producing regions. The olives for this bottle are hand-picked and cold extracted, to preserve as much of the prized flavour as possible. Mr Galantino personally oversees the production of these bottles, to ensure each one meets his exacting standards. Galantino produces a limited number of Gran Cru bottles each year.
