Spicy Apple-Maple Sauce

Joe Beef spicy apple-maple sauce is made with Quebec McIntosh apples and tomato paste, combined with maple syrup from a small sugar shack in the Lanaudière area to impart a light sweet taste. All Joe Beef sauces are produced by hand, in small batches, following the restaurants recipe as if they were prepared there. No sauce passes through the warehouse doors without having received Dave and Freds seal of approval.
